These terms govern your use of shortstayinla.com (the “site”) and any informational tools we publish, including the earnings calculator and lead form. They do not govern the management agreement signed by owners whose homes we manage. That agreement is a separate document.

The earnings calculator returns a good-faith range based on the property details you enter, current Los Angeles market data, and our experience. It is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual revenue depends on the property, the stay type that proves legal and viable for that address, market conditions, and many other factors.

No regulatory or tax advice

Do not scrape, mirror, or republish the content of this site without written permission. Do not attempt to probe the security of the site or the lead form. Submit only your own information, not someone else’s.

The text, layout, and design of the site are the property of Short Stay in LA. Photography on the site is either owned by Short Stay in LA or used under license. Trademarks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Governing law
